eShop Terms and Conditions
VitaCell International Co. Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "the company", "us", "we" or "our") provides content and services on this VitaCell eShop website ("eShop"). Under this disclaimer, by getting access to and/or purchasing in the eShop website, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood, and agreed, to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended from time to time at our sole discretion.
- The product picture(s) at eShop is simply for reference only. Product colours may vary. All take material object as the standard.
- Depending on real situations, VitaCell eShop's product prices, promotions, terms and conditions as well as restrictions may be different from other sales channels.
- The product prices exclude all logistic costs. If there is any extra logistic fee, it shall not be given any bonus reward point(s).
- Once the Cash Coupon is redeemed (used or not used), the Cash Point cannot be returned.
- After receiving your order, we will check the information you provide for validity. We also verify the pricing, quantity and current stock status of the purchased products. We reserve the right to decline any order submitted and/or limit the product quantities purchased by you, without giving any reason. In the event that a product is out of stock, you will receive notification of order cancellation.
- After customers completed order confirmation, the payment procedures will be processed in PayPal Payment Gateway or PayDollar Payment Gateway⁽¹⁾. We will not capture user's credit card information in this process. Customers will only be charged when the order is successfully accepted.
- Cash on Delivery (COD)

- NOT applicable for EF lockers and convenience stores
- Couriers may collect the amount rounded to the closest Hong Kong Dollar

- After depositing the funds, you can send the deposit slip together with the order number to S-CELL Customer Service via WhatsApp (63542288) or email (email@example.com).
- Payments arranged during non-working hours (working hours from 9:30am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday) will be confirmed the next working day.
- If your single purchase is over HK$500⁽²⁾, S-CELL with provide free standard express delivery service⁽³⁾. If the order amount is less than HK$500, additional delivery charge of up to HK$25 will be imposed for each delivery service. Courier's shipment charges are calculated depending on either actual product weight or volume weight, whichever higher. Couriers may re-weight and re-measure to confirm the calculation.
- Delivery arrangement: Delivery locations include Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and outlying Islands. No delivery services on Sundays and public holidays.
- Actual delivery time depends on the order payment.
- During bad weather conditions (e.g. black rainstorm signal, typhoon no. 8 or above), we will suspend and rearrange delivery scheduled.
- Delivery cities: Overseas delivery locations include Macau, Taiwan, Mainland China, Singapore and Malaysia. Delivery services in other overseas countries will be available in a near future
- All pending self-pick-up orders should be picked up within 7 working days, or the order will be cancelled and coupon used will not be refunded.
- Customer or recipient is required to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages to their appearances.
- VitaCell guarantees the exchange of product within 7 days after purchase if customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product⁽⁴⁾. Customers are allowed to exchange it with a product of the same type. If the same product is sold out or out of stock, customers may exchange their product with another product of the same kind and same price. Re-delivery will be arranged and no standard express delivery charge⁽³⁾ will be imposed.
- For goods exchange, please contact us and provide purchase record for arrangement.
- In the event of discovering damaged products when the product is unpacked, please return the damaged or wrong products to VitaCell. Customers may also refuse to pick up the products.
NO REFUND AND RETURN OF PRODUCT
- All items sold are non-refundable and non-returnable after the completion of payment procedures. Customers must verify all the information, including product models, specifications and prices carefully before placing order. - If there is any inconsistency or conflict between English and Chinese versions of this disclaimer, the Chinese version shall prevail.
- In case of dispute, VitaCell International Co. Ltd reserves the rights for final decision.
⁽¹⁾PayDollar Security Policy: PayDollar is a leading, secure and reliable international payment service provider to banks and online merchants since 2000. Customers' payment details are securely transmitted to the acquiring bank, card and payment companies for real-time transaction authorization using 256-bit Extended Validation Certificates (EV) SSL transaction encryption. PayDollar supports CVV/CVC check as well as 3-D secure authentication of Visa and MasterCard namely: Verified by VISA, MasterCard SecureCode for added security protection for both customers and merchant.
⁽²⁾Single purchase excludes purchase amount with coupon value, reward points and/ or other promotional discounts.
⁽³⁾Standard delivery service charges do not include below:
- Additional charge: Shipments delivered to Hong Kong's residential address will be subject to HK$20 surcharge. Shipments delivered to Hong Kong's remote areas will be subject to HK$30 surcharge. Payment method of the above service charges can be bounded with the shipping charges. Shipments collected from or delivered to the above locations require an additional business day. If residential address locates in remote area, only Remote Area Surcharge will be imposed.
- The first 6 days (from the day customer first receives SMS notification or contacted by our courier) are defined as Free Storage Period. Shipment Storage Surcharge will be implemented starting from the 7th day stored in S.F. Express due to customer reason.
⁽⁴⁾Product exchange request will NOT be accepted under any of the following conditions:
- Return request is submitted over 7 working days after the date product is received;
- Not purchased at VitaCell eShop (www.vitascell.com);
- All gift items must be returned together with the returned products. Otherwise the retail value of the gift items will be charged;
- Official purchase invoice is missing;
- Request based on personal preference only;
- Product is damaged due to improper usage/handling;
- VitaCell International Co. Ltd reserves the final right of determination.
